All products are packed using safe industrial-grade packaging suitable for fragile quartz and glass components. Special export packing, wooden crating, or customized packing will be provided at additional cost if requested.

Freight and transit insurance are charged extra unless specifically mentioned in the quotation. All goods are shipped at buyerβs risk unless transit insurance is requested and charged.
While we strive to adhere to committed delivery schedules, delays caused due to circumstances beyond our control (such as transport delays, natural events, regulatory changes, or force majeure conditions) shall not be considered a breach of delivery commitment.
Dispatch details and tracking information will be shared with the customer once the material is shipped.
Customers are requested to inspect the material immediately upon delivery. Any transit damage, shortage, or discrepancy must be reported within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence.
All export shipments are packed as per international shipping standards. Any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges at the destination shall be borne by the buyer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
