Our Facility
In 2017, we moved into a new facility in Thane. This facility is split into different glassblowing processes in order to streamline our work flow :
- Materials In/Out
- Cold-working & machine zone
- Hot-working lathe and bench room
- Hot Zone with state-of-the-art lathe and other machineries
- Acid wash and cleaning area
- Mezzanine floor for additional storage
- Annealing ovens
- Inspection room
- Dedicated packing area
We specialize in the hot-working processes such as precision bench welding, joining of plates, and small, medium, and large lathe working (up to Ø200mm). Many of our methods are developed in order to make best use of this piece of equipment. We have a high-end inspection equipment enables us to measure parts down to accuracy.
